FSMVU is a non-profit foundation university in Istanbul, founded in 2010. Campuses sit in Topkapı, Üsküdar, Haliç, Ayasofya and Gülhane — central districts, not a single enclosed campus. No medicine. Stronger in architecture and restoration, education, law, engineering, Islamic studies and psychology.
GetUniGate handles programme choice, documents, admission and visa. You do not have to apply to the university alone.
